To mark National Made in Italy Day, in our From the register to History section we have published the birth certificates of Adele Casagrande (1897–1978) and Edoardo Fendi (1904–1960). Their union in 1925 gave rise to the brand that transformed Roman fine craftsmanship into a global benchmark of excellence and which, even today, remains an expression of Italian culture and manufacturing excellence.
