From the Register to History, we published the birth certificate of Giuseppe Caffo (1865-XX cent.), a master distiller and entrepreneur and a pioneer in the production of herbal and medicinal liqueurs. He is remembered in Italy for founding the distillery that still bears his name, where, in the 1970s, through a skillful exploitation of local traditions and raw materials, his nephew created one of the iconic Made in Italy products,Vecchio Amaro del Capo.
